We want to work in partnership with our parents and resolve any concerns as quickly and positively as possible. Parentkind has produced a helpful Parent Guide to School Complaints, which provides clear, practical advice on raising concerns, understanding the complaints process and knowing what to expect.
We encourage parents to read the guide alongside our school’s own complaints policy. It is designed to support open, respectful communication and help ensure that concerns are resolved in the best interests of children and their education.
