What an exciting day we have had here at Debden, celebrating World Book Day. The children all looked fantastic in their costumes - thank you parents for all of your efforts. Children have thoroughly enjoyed all the activities, particularly the book share when they joined up with a child from a different year group to share a story with. The book swap was also a great success; there will be lots of new stories to read tonight. Please help us to buy lots of lovely new books for the school by sponsoring your child to take part in our 'readathon'. FODS have very kindly offered a £15 book token to the child in each class that raises the most money. Enjoy the photos.
